4. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Entry to The Midnight Shuffle is strictly limited to guests aged 18 years or older. By entering the venue, registering for a tournament, or booking a poker table, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in social poker and hospitality experiences in Australia.

5. Responsible Social Play

• Follow dealer instructions, card room rules, blind structures, and tournament procedures at all times.

Management may, at its sole discretion, suspend or remove any guest from a poker table, tournament, or the venue where behaviour is considered unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with responsible social play.

6. Poker Tournaments & Gameplay Conduct

All poker tournaments and card room sessions at The Midnight Shuffle are conducted as offline social poker experiences using chips exclusively for tournament scoring, ranking, and leaderboard purposes. No real-money cash wagering or monetary payouts occur on the premises.

By entering a tournament or joining a poker table, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Buy-in requirements are expressed in tournament chips, points, or entry fees and are clearly stated per event.
• Starting stacks, chip stacks, blind structures, level durations, and prize formats such as trophies or leaderboard recognition are pre-determined and communicated before play commences.
• Decisions of the dealer, floor staff, and tournament director regarding rules, seating, chip counts, and dispute resolution are final.
• Any form of collusion, cheating, card marking, or interference with chip stacks or decks is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with gameplay conduct standards may result in removal from the table, forfeiture of tournament entry, or being asked to leave the venue.

7. Bookings & Reservations

Poker table reservations, tournament registrations, and dining bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a formal confirmation from The Midnight Shuffle via email, SMS, or direct communication.

By placing a booking request, you acknowledge that:

• Seating allocations, table assignments, and card room layouts may be adjusted to accommodate operational requirements, player numbers, and safety considerations.
• Management may impose arrival times, check-in procedures, or cut-off times for tournament registration to maintain an orderly blind structure and offline poker experience.
• The venue reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events or reservations in response to operational, regulatory, or safety needs.

8. Private Events & High Roller Lounge

You acknowledge that:

• Additional terms and conditions, including deposits, minimum spends, or guaranteed attendance numbers, may apply to corporate events, VIP suites, and private tournaments.
• Any such additional terms will be communicated at the time of booking and form part of your agreement with The Midnight Shuffle.
• Management may adjust room layouts, staffing, and chip stack configurations to comply with social card room rules and safety obligations.

9. Dress Code & Etiquette

The Midnight Shuffle maintains a smart-casual dress code to preserve the high-end, dark-noir ambience of our poker lounge and grill. Sportswear, excessively casual attire, or clothing deemed inappropriate by management may result in refusal of entry or service.

All guests are expected to:
