Every reservation receives a confirmation by email or SMS. Review our essential etiquette guidelines and dress code to ensure all guests experience an upscale, welcoming atmosphere.

Booking confirmation & arrival

Once your enquiry is received, our team will review poker table availability, dining allocations, and any requested tournament schedule alignment. You will receive a clear confirmation outlining your reservation time, card room seating, and, if requested, participation in scheduled Texas Hold'em tournaments.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first hand or dining sitting so our dealers can finalise seat allocations and chip stacks without rush. Late arrivals may be seated at the next available offline poker table or dining window.

Dress code & etiquette

The Midnight Shuffle is a dark-luxe, high-end venue. Smart casual attire is the minimum standard, with collared shirts and dress footwear encouraged in the card room and high roller lounge. Caps may be worn respectfully; active sportswear and thongs are not suitable.

Our offline poker etiquette centres on respect, clear dealer communication, and social play. Follow house guidelines, wait for dealer direction before acting, keep cards and chip stacks visible, and maintain a considerate volume so every table can savour the atmosphere.

Responsible hospitality commitment

As a licensed restaurant, hospitality venue, and social card room, we are committed to responsible service and responsible play. All poker tournaments and games use tournament chips, structured buy-in entries, and leaderboard points. No real-money payouts occur on the premises.
